About our Gym

Welcome to the best hour of your day.

The vibe here is friendly, supportive, non-judgmental and fun.  We take our program, training and results very seriously, but we know how to have a blast while accomplishing amazing things at the same time.

Our gym is conveniently located in Downtown Denver right off 8th & I-25. We have 50 parking spaces directly in front of the gym. We have all the latest and greatest equipment. We can lift up the big bay door at the back of the gym on nice days. This really opens up the place and gives access to a huge outdoor area that is perfect for tire flipping, sprints, agility drills, and more.

Take our amazing gym and mix it with our outstanding fitness programs and elite personal trainers and you have the Shape Plus effect. There are no general memberships here so you don’t run into typical gym problems such as lines to get on equipment or people sitting around on benches and machines.  However, you are welcome to use all of the cardio equipment outside of your training sessions so you don’t need a membership at another gym.  We are the gym that ACTUALLY wants you here so we make it available.

Personal training sessions are not all that is in our program. We’ve worked to perfect strength, flexibility, cardio-building and fat-burning workouts that deliver amazing results then combined them with thoughtful and researched nutritional science that we tailor to you. We work to understand your history, your body type and metabolism, your schedule, and eating habits then customize a plan that will suit your lifestyle. With unmatched support, reachability, and training available on every weekday other than Christmas Day, we are always here for you. Since 2003 we have trained thousands of people and learned what “flips their switch” to make things work!

About our Fitness Training

Your training and workouts will be scaled for where you are now and we will ramp up as your body and your mind are ready:

2x Per Week – You may need to do cardio outside of our personal training sessions depending on your goals and activity level. You want results but willing to take a little more time to reach your goals. If you want dramatic changes with 2x per week you may need to incorporate active routines outside of our training sessions, depending on your goals.

3x Per Week – You do not need to do cardio outside of our personal training sessions but it may be encouraged to increase results more dramatically. Don’t be surprised if you lose 20lbs or more within a couple of months.

4x Per Week – You do not need to do cardio outside of our personal training session,s but at least 1 day outside of our sessions may be elected to rapidly increase results.

5x Per Week – You will not need to train outside of our personal training sessions. Your metabolism will go through the roof and you won’t recognize yourself in 2 months. Anything and everything is possible when training to this Extreme!

That is the only way you will be inspired to actually reach for your goals. We set with you what we call your Amazing Date®. Your amazing date is the date you to reach your ultimate goals. Having an Amazing Date® gives you the understanding that if you follow the program you will succeed. If you believe, you can achieve. Look at all the people who believed they could achieve their ultimate goal with us and now they are now on the website.

You get results

No guessing, no wondering if this is going to work, no fad diets – your training will work, you will get results. Your personal trainer will hold you accountable, know when to push harder and when to back off. They will target specific areas of your body with exercises to achieve maximum results. This will ensure you are doing the correct exercises with correct form in order to gain the most benefits and minimize possible injuries. This is not a cookie cutter program. Your training and nutrition plan will accommodate your life. It will be designed exactly for where you are now and what you need in order to get you to your ultimate goal by your Amazing Date®.

About our Trainers

We’re here to coach and motivate you. Your personal trainer will lead you you every step of the way. It’s much easier to follow through with a workout program when you are absolutely sure that what you are doing is going to give you exactly what you want. Shape Plus knows that if you get fitness results quickly then you will get the momentum needed to rocket you to ultimate success.
